Everyone lives with regrets about things they've done, or haven't, in their past. I definitely have some in regard to my Dad and our relationship, and since his death I've learned a few life lessons. The main one being: never take for granted the loved ones you've been blessed to have in your life. Tell them you love them and why. If you suddenly think of them during your daily routine, call them and let them know you are thinking of them, share that memory that brought them to mind. Take the time to include them in your life. And most of all, treat every visit with them as if it could be the last.
Because you never know, it just well might be.

This is an amazing tribute to his memory Beau. The pics are beautiful (and I'm sure very cherished). Thank-you for sharing them with us.
Thanks Christine. It was pretty emotional looking through all those pictures, choosing ones that were special or were of a particularly good memory.
I will say this though- it is (much) harder than I thought it woud be to configure the scrapbook. I even googled some quotes and poems, painstakingly copied-and-pasted them all in. Then, having completed it like five hours later (having to save and come back later when real life intervened), I saw that when you play it, you can hardly read the words! I thought people would get a close-up view of the scrapbook. Doh!
